Project for autonomous flight controll of UAV and model drones (quadrators, helicopters and planes)


The Woodstock project aims to create an autonomous flight controller system for UAVs.

Its main assumptions are:
  • Use C# as code language
  • Use only popular and unexpensive sensors and equipment.
  • No proprietary or complex hardware should be used. No flashing proprietary boards or writing hardware specific code.
  • Code has to be portable and pluggable as much as practical (won't be in initial versions for simplicity)
  • No preconceptions about RC flight controllers
